What to Expect At Omni Wellness Center

Our goal is to eliminate every shred of apprehension and make you feel at home.

Since chiropractic care involves a series of visits, with each one building on the ones before, it’s important that our relationship can go the distance. We’ve found that one of the best ways to have successful practice member relationships is to explain everything in advance.

The more you understand who we are, what we do and why we do it, the better results you’ll enjoy. It’s as simple as that.

So, check us out here. Get to know us. Then, contact us to make an appointment so we can get to know you.

Your Visit First

As new patient you can expect to walk through the door and be greeted by our friendly, smiling staff member. On returning visits we will always greet you by name. You will need to sign in and then complete a few new patient intake forms, you can also print them off our website and complete them at home prior to your visit (this will save you a few minutes). Please bring in a photocopy of a picture id and your insurance card so that we may verify your chiropractic benefits with your insurance company.

After this is done, you are given an office tour by our staff and seated in the exam room where minimal waiting is guaranteed. The doctor will perform an consultation and examination consisting of orthopedic and neurological tests. After that, we briefly describe what we initially think. X-rays may be taken if needed to gain a fuller prospective of your health issue. Therapies may then be performed depending on your individual case. The report of findings appointment is scheduled at the conclusion of the first visit. Depending on how many questions you have for the doctor, a new exam and consultation might take 45 to 60 minutes. We guarantee the best examination and consultation the patient has ever had or we will donate $20 to their favorite charity in your name.

Avoid relapse with regular visits.

Your Report Of Findings

Since we now acquainted you will be greeted by name, we promise. And again asked to sign in and then escorted to the Report of Findings room where the doctor will explain the x-rays (if any were taken), what what the doctor concludes is the issue for your current health related problem, what we can do to help, and what treatment plan has been designed for you.

Next up, the Financial CA will explain your insurance coverage. If your insurance does not cover 100% of your care in our office don't get discouraged, we will help arrange an affordable payment plan with our office. Now, should you accept us as your chiropractor and we feel you will benefit from our chiropractic care, care begins! The treatment plan will be followed according to what was described in the Report of findings. Expect about 30-60 minutes for this appointment.

A Typical Visit

Our patients are like family to us.

We tend to know our patients like family and all are known by name. Each appointment begins with a friendly greeting and a smile. Once signed in we take you back to the therapy room and begin therapies or the adjustments with the doctor. We respect each individuals time and try to make it possible for the person to be in and out of our office within 15 minutes. However, depending on your current case your treatment might include acupuncture, laser therapy or rehab. This takes a little longer appointment time about 45 minutes will cover it.

How could chiropractic help a stomach problem?
Chiropractic works by locating and reducing areas of the spine compromising nerve communications between your brain and your body. If nerves to or from your stomach are irritated, your stomach won't work right. Chiropractors find the source of the interference, reduce it and allow your body to work as designed.
How long does it take to form a bone spur?
Many who begin chiropractic care think their problem happened "last week when you bent over funny." But pictures of the spine tell a different story. Chiropractors know it can take your body years to deposit the calcium necessary to form a bone spur. It's your body's response to stress due to gravity or joint malfunction. And chiropractic care can help.
