Stem Cell therapy is the most significant recent breakthrough in natural medicine, and we are excited to be able to offer this at Omni Wellness Center. Stem Cell therapy promotes REGENERATION of the joint, reduces pain, and is a fantastic non-surgical treatment option for you. Stem Cell Therapy can provide long lasting relief from chronic tendonitis and ligament and degenerative joint problems.
How Many injections will I need?
More than 85% of our patients receive treatment one time and experience significant enough change that they never get another shot.
How long will it take before I feel better?
Stem cells are attracted to inflammation in your body and they’ll go to work right away. This starts the regenerating process. Cells differentiate every 28 hours for 65 cycles giving 3 months of repair. Most people noticing significant improvement by weeks 4 through 6.
Is Stem Cell Therapy Safe?
Our stem cells are undifferentiated, meaning they don’t have any HLA ( Human leukocyte Antigen) in them. Because of this, your body will not reject them. There is no debris in our stem cells like there is in placental or amniotic cells that could cause reactions. Our treatment is more safe than giving blood. We have a 85-95% success rate. Our cells are stored with American Association of Tissue Banks which is FDA Approved and monitored.
Will my insurance cover stem cell therapy?
Stem Cell Therapy is a cash service but will be less than most anyone’s deductible these days. So, rather than spend a deductible for surgery or other invasive, dangerous procedures, this might be the right answer for you.
I just had a cortisone shot, how soon can I get an injection?
We want you to be off of all anti-inflammatories for at least a few days before and after your injection. Because stem cells work where there is inflammation, you should be off anti inflammatory for a week prior to treatment and 3-4 weeks after. You may still take Tylenol for pain relief if needed.
Is this an option to avoid surgery?
Knee replacements are one of the most common Orthopedic surgeries suggested for pain relief. With a surgery comes multiple appointments, recovery down time, pain, scars, and occasionally hardware damage done to your body. Our procedures help alleviate pain and the conditions causing it with a same day injection. There is little to no downtime and most patients return to normal activity the same day.
What is Regenerative Medicine?
Regenerative medicine is defined as an emerging field of procedures that aim to regenerate, repair, or replace damaged tissues and organs within the body. The U. S. National Institute of Health has defined regenerative medicine as the process of creating functional tissue to repair and replace tissue or organs that have lost their ability to perform or function due to damage, defects, age, or congenital defects. Since all major disease and diagnosis differ from person to person, a consultation with our doctor is required to see if this treatment would help you. You can call our office to set up a consultation at 704-392-9999.
How much does regenerative stem cell therapy cost?
Please schedule an appointment with our office so that we can determine if you are a good candidate for stem cell therapy. At that time, we will be able to tell you how many cc’s you might need and what the cost will be. Our mission is to make the best stem cells available to those who need it.
How did I get this way?
As we age, our bodies undergo wear and tear from work, play, and athletic injuries. As we get older, we do not repair these injuries as well as when we were young. Why? Because, we produce fewer repair cells (mesenchymal stem cells) as we get older, thus it takes longer to recover. In many cases, the joint damage is so substantial that the body cannot repair itself at all.
Is this a painful procedure?
Do I need to bring someone with me to drive myself home?
This is as simple as an injection. You should be able to drive yourself home.
Why aren’t the major hospital based groups doing this?
If a knee replacement is about $57,000 (not to mention braces, and therapy) and Stem Cell Therapy is drastically less than this known amount– Does the hospital based system make more or less if 50% of the population regenerates their knees and no longer needs them replaced? – Much Less
